Away from the in-ring element of AEW Collision, this latest episode nicely kept certain plates spinning through backstage promos and vignettes.

FTR's problems with the House of Black took on a more personal edge, as Malakai Black and Buddy Matthews torched a picture of Dax Harwood and his wife and daughter. 'Timeless' Toni Storm gave her thoughts on the upcoming Saraya vs. Riho match, where the winner - a t*tless, blind baldie, of course - will get a crack at Storm's AEW Women's Championship. And Adam Copeland demanded a rematch against Christian Cage at World's End later this month.
