9 Ups & 3 Downs From Last Night's WWE SmackDown (Dec 11)

6. The Man Comes Around

Becky Lynch

Another short, simple promo on a night full of short, simple promos took place before the men's tag match, with Becky Lynch going in on Charlotte Flair and Asuka before TLC.

With Kayla Braxton posing the questions, the SmackDown Women's Champion admitted 'the advantage is not [mine],' given this is her first match back, but claimed she loves fighting the odds, and doesn't care if the bout 'makes the doctors twitchy.' Becky then promised to be at ringside for the night's main event (because of course she did), and said she'd remind everyone of the chaos that goes down 'when the man comes around.'

It can't have been much more than a minute long, but who cares? Everything Lynch does is dropping with sheer badassery at the moment. Her contributions on the show weren't huge, but they resonated, speaking to her power as a performer.
