2. More Miz/Dexter Lumis Nonsense

Once again, Miz continues to be stalked by a guy who has committed several crimes on national television and remains free to roam arenas and terrorize a man.

At this point, it’s hard to remember that Miz is supposed to be the heel. That’s a very important story beat, but Miz hasn’t really done anything villainous recently. He’s scared for his life and is enlisting security to protect himself, to no avail.

Meanwhile, Dexter Lumis has not given any reason for why he’s stalking and attacking Miz, so we’re left either wondering if he’s paying him back for something Miz did a while back, or if he’s a crazed superfan. Maybe he’s upset he wasn’t asked to join the Miztourage instead of Curtis Axel.

But the longer this story goes with Miz just being a victim and no reason for it given, the less you care about it. It’s just a stupid diversion. Give Miz the 24/7 Championship if you’re going to keep this going for much longer. That’s the territory this is approaching.
