3. We Get The Point

As the past two months have gone by, it's become a bit tricky to talk about the EC3 and Moose situation. One week, they're providing quality content, whereas the next, everything feels the same. Sadly, this week was a case of the latter, as EC3 delivered a to-camera promo talking about how he knows exactly how Moose feels about having the TNA World Heavyweight Championship stolen from him.

Two issues with this promo: firstly, 'The Essential Character' didn't even have the title onscreen with him. Has he already destroyed it? Did it fail to make it through customs? Secondly, what does he even mean here? Both of his previous reigns with the title ended properly, both times losing to Matt Hardy. While each came via interference - from special guest referee Jeff Hardy the first time, and then-bodyguard Tyrus the second - both were no disqualifications based matches. The title changed hands cleanly given the circumstances.

All in all, this felt like a major step in the opposite direction given how the story has been developing as of late. Giving out Moose's personal phone number wasn't enough to suffice. A real shame.
