6. Moose Unleashed

The Bound For Glory showdown with EC3 clearly worked wonders for the mindset of Moose, as the defending TNA World Heavyweight Champion decimated Willie Mack in his latest title defence. Simply put, 'Mr Impact Wrestling' has been unleashed after facing 'The Essential Character'.

Starting things off hot, both Moose and Mack laid into one another early, before things slowed down considerably. Even though 'Chocolate Thunder' busted out some impressive offence against the self-proclaimed 'Wrestling God', it was always going to be a Moose domination in the end. A huge Lights Out spear that saw the TNA champion run through the former X Division Champion was followed by Moose endlessly striking a defenceless Willie Mack, leading to the referee initially awarding him the victory via stoppage before reversing his decision.

Coming into Turning Point, Moose vs. Willie Mack didn't seem too appetising. It was bound to be a fine match, considering the two men involved. However, there hadn't been anything interesting happen between the duo to tease the viewer's appetite. This, though? This was great. There's room to continue the story, there's room to improve, and, most importantly, Moose is where he needs to be. Finally.
