7. BEER! GUNS!

A supplemental Down for XXXL losing to Chris Sabin and James Storm, a match that Acey Romero and Larry D needed to win really. However, we can skip past that for a moment since it was still a decent match.

Acey and Larry isolated Sabin for the first half of the match, using their combined 700 lbs to wear down the former World Champion. Sabin's back was the target of their attack, being rammed into the ring apron at one point courtesy of Larry D, whereas Romero squashed him with a senton at another stage. They may be far larger than Sabin and Storm, however, XXXL were still able to use the speed they do have to their full advantage.

The callback to Beer Money's signature shouting taunt, with Sabin replacing "MONEY" with "GUNS" was a subtle addition to the match, but it was incredibly worthwhile. A combination of moves to Acey Romero, culminating in a Last Call superkick from 'The Cowboy' prevented any sign of an XXXL victory.

This one was nothing too special and likely wouldn't look out of place on a regular episode of Impact's weekly show, but it still had its deserved place on the Turning Point card.
