4. Lucha Bros Cap Off Disappointing Weekend

Perhaps this is leading to the brothers reuniting to address their problems, but it’s hard to watch the weekend’s events and not feel bad for Penta and Rey Fenix.

Fenix lost his WrestleMania debut on Saturday, filling in for an injured Rey Mysterio and falling to El Grande Americano. Wrap your head around that one. Then Penta came up short in the Intercontinental Championship four-way on Sunday. And finally, Penta lost a one-on-one match against new IC champ Dominik Mysterio due to interference, capping off an 0-3 effort for the Lucha Bros.

Yes, they’ll be fine in the long run, and this is a bit of a jab, but you still have to chuckle a bit at the cool-off and settling into being part of the furniture.
