5. Stephanie Channels Michelle

Some are going to say that this is reading a little too much into things, but we still have to chide Stephane McMahon slightly.

During the opening segment, Seth Rollins began berating Stephanie about how she was withholding Triple H’s manhood – which he described sophomorically as “snowballs or the whole yule log” – and preventing him from responding to the Architect’s challenge. McMahon responded with a line that sounded familiar, saying that when Rollins goes low, she goes high.

That line is something that First Lady and Chicago native Michelle Obama used out on the campaign trail repeatedly while stumping for Hillary Clinton, who lost the presidential race to Donald Trump. The WWE Hall of Famer has tapped Stephanie’s mother Linda McMahon to serve as administrator of the Small Business Administration.

Using a line popularized by the First Lady in her hometown wasn’t accidental, and it deserves a gentle chide. Throw in Rollins’ childish taunts, and we can just mark this as a mild negative and move on.
