9 Ups And 7 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (March 7th)

4. Bray Strikes Back

When the Raw main event of Dean Ambrose versus Bray Wyatt was announced, you knew you weren€™t going to see a clean finish. It was highly unlikely WWE would allow one of two men involved in major matches at Roadblock to lose cleanly. Neither really could afford it, especially considering their opponents.

Instead, we saw the Wyatt Family interfere to attack Ambrose, but thankfully not at a point where Bray was in danger of losing the match. Bray and Dean had a fun match, with a great exchange at one point where Ambrose unloaded with punches and chops, only for Wyatt to counter a rebound clothesline with a discus clothesline of his own and a senton. The two men also traded counters to various moves inside and outside of the ring in a nice nod to their previous matches, indicating that they were very familiar with each other.

Lastly for Bray, he had a great little moment at the end when he stepped to Triple H after he turned his back on the Eater of Worlds, laughed and then touched the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. It put Triple H on notice that others have designs on his world title, and also that Bray is not a man who just does his bidding.
