9 Ways To Improve TNA Impact Wrestling

5. Hire Jim Ross

Now this is another one of the things on this list that's highly unlikely. One, WWE wouldn't let it happen. Two and more importantly, TNA wouldn't be smart enough to hire him even if they could. If you didn't already know, Jim Ross was the head of talent relations in the WWE for many many years. Basically, he scouted the talent and was the driving force on who to push and who to hold back. Unfortunately now, good ol' JR is often the butt of a lot of jokes and is now stuck calling the occasional NXT match. He is way to valuable to be stuck in such a limited role. The greatest announcer of all time deserves much better. If TNA were some how able to hire JR they should give him complete and total control over the booking and the hiring and firing. A lot of things would change with JR in charge and TNA would benefit from all of them.
