9 Ways To Improve TNA Impact Wrestling

4. No More WWE Guys

kurt-600x300 Now doing this would be a mere impossible thing to accomplish, especially if there was a big time free agent that the WWE let go of. Signing a big time guy like that would be completely justifiable. However, TNA needs to continue to grow and push their talent and get as far away from being associated with having "WWE guys" as possible. Changing a wrestlers name doesn't help change their face. If you came from the WWE, us as fans will know it. At least us marks anyway. TNA has a plethora of home grown talent and they should continue to feature them every chance they get. Most TNA wrestlers wouldn't make in the WWE but for those who would, TNA needs to showcase them to the fullest. Bobby Roode immediately jumps to mind as a STAR. The IT Factor of professional wrestling helped bring credibility to TNA's world title. I have no doubt that he's one of the few guys that would be a difference maker wherever he wrestled, including the WWE. TNA needs to do a better job of understanding that and utilize him the proper way. That brings me back to booking but I could go on about that forever. The point is, constantly signing OLD WWE guys isn't going to help TNA as a business or as a TV show. They don't draw ratings and they just eat up TV time. However there is an acception, and their names are Kurt Angle and Bully Ray. Unless Dolph Ziggler or John Cena come walking through that door, TNA needs to just say NO.
