On more than one occasion during the Attitude Era, Vince would guest referee matches both on Raw and on Pay Per View, and each time, he would wear a sleeveless referee shirt in order for him to show off his guns. Sure enough, when Vince made himself the guest referee for the Sheamus vs. Roman Reigns Title match this past week, he came out with no sleeves, and even mugged for the camera, flexing his muscles and having a good time. It's that type of silliness in the main heel authority figure that we haven't seen in a very long time.
