Kendal Grey entered WWE with impressive amateur wrestling credentials, including a standout collegiate career. However, her transition to the NXT roster in 2024 and into 2025 has been defined by limited exposure and non-existent utilisation.

Grey made her in-ring debut on the March 29, 2024 episode of LVL UP, teaming with Carlee Bright in a losing effort, but she went from Developmental B to A within months when she participated in a six-woman gauntlet match on the August 20, 2024 episode of NXT, eliminating Brinley Reece before being eliminated herself. This followed a singles match at NXT's Great American Bash television special, where she faced Jaida Parker but suffered a loss after interference from Myles Borne.

In 2025, Grey's visibility diminished further. She was featured in the debut episode of WWE Evolve on March 5, teaming with Carlee Bright to defeat Kali Armstrong and Dani Palmer. While this victory marked a positive note, it also signalled a shift away from the main NXT programming.

Despite her athletic background and early promise, Grey has struggled to find a consistent role within WWE's developmental system. Her appearances have been largely confined to lower-tier programming and multi-woman matches, with little in the way of sustained storylines or character development. As of mid-2025, Grey still finds herself awaiting an opportunity to showcase her full potential on a larger stage.
