9 WWE Superstars Who Could Be So Much More Than They Currently Are
7. Bobby Roode
Bobby Roode may be a popular name on WWE's main roster but he's anything but "Glorious". A standout in NXT, Roode ran the brand as its top heel character for over a year but saw his tremendous run come to a screeching halt when he was called up to SmackDown Live as a babyface. The decision to turn him away from what made him so successful in NXT and try to capitalize solely on a catchy theme song simply didn't work.
Now a part of Raw, fixing Roode is simple. A return to his NXT roots and proclamations he could make the brand glorious would not only create buzz for his character but give fans something to hate with a passion. Roode works as a character who acts like a heel but has a ton of respect among the WWE Universe. Because he's fun to hate, he might be cheered as a villain but that's not a good enough reason to keep him from doing what he's best at.
Give Roode a mic, let him cheat, have him act like he's better than everyone and give him a run with the U.S. or Intercontinental Title and he'd shine as brightly as one of his many robes.
