Adam Scherr Replaced By Moose For Debut WES UK Event

Further changes for WES UK's 9 July debut event.

While the debut show for Wrestling Entertainment Series - the promotion launched by the one-time Authors of Pain - was pushed back from 4 June to 9 July, a revised line-up for the event no longer has Adam Scherr on the card.

Previously, Scherr - better known as Braun Strowman - was to battle former UFC fighter Alistair Overeem in the main event to crown the inaugural WES World Champion. Now, not only is IMPACT Wrestling's Moose listed to face Overeem for that title, but Scherr is completely absent from the advertised line-up.

Of course, several names who were advertised for the original 4 June date had already dropped out of the rescheduled 9 July spot, with WES receiving plentiful negative comments from certain talents, such as Deonna Purrazzo labelling her dealings with the promotion as "frustrating, to say the least".
