8. Paul Wight’s In-Ring Return Is Short
Does anybody really need to see this?
Being brutally honest, this fan has zero desire to see the one time Big Show work matches in AEW, and it does seem kinda rich that those who whined about his WWE work are suddenly invested just because he switched companies.
This better be short. AEW would be making a huge mistake if they gave Paul Wight vs. QT Marshall 10-15 minutes and expected anything other than a car crash. That may seem unduly harsh, but come on - Wight is better off behind the commentary desk these days, or acting as an ambassador for Khan in the media.
Nothing about this one screams "AEW pay-per-view". Wrestling fans want to see a certain level of match when they plonk down those dollars, and this ain't it. Meh, who knows. Maybe Wight will shock everyone and put in a good performance. It's pretty hard to see that happening, right enough.
