AEW All Out 2023: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

3. AEW Books An Illogical Turn

AEW All In MJF Adam Cole
AEW

Please, no!

A few folks sitting close to this guy at Wembley thought Adam Cole might stab (not literally) MJF in the back following their World Title headliner last week. It didn't happen, and rightly so. AEW can spin this out a while longer, because both guys have serious chemistry together.

It'd be a morale-sapping nightmare for people watching All Out if MJF or Cole turned on the other man this Sunday. Smart money would have to go on Adam doing the dirty eventually, if only 'cause Max is clicking as a breakout babyface who still struts around like he hates the entire world.

Seeing Friedman get Cole's head in the game for their ROH Tag Title defence, only for Adam to side with Roderick Strong and The Kingdom anyway, would suck. It'd be illogical at this point in the story, and would be one of those wrasslin' turns for the sheer sake of it.
