Sting would get a nice pop if he rushed out to save Darbs from a mauling at the hands of the heels. Then, AEW can move towards some more tag matches on a special edition of Dynamite or Collision in the near future. This all hinges on whether or not the ex-WCW favourite will be active for too much longer, of course.

Retirement rumours are rife for Sting, but that's his choice. Regardless, having him run down the ramp to save his protege sounds like a solid piece of booking for Sunday night's pay-per-view.
