Does he have your attention now?

CM Punk shocked the entire wrestling world by landing in AEW last year. Most assumed any frost that existed between he and WWE could be thawed by f*ckloads of cold, hard cash, but Punk stuck a middle finger up at Vince McMahon and took his skills to All Elite.

Since then, he's had dazzling showcases against everyone from Darby Allin and Eddie Kingston to MJF and even Dustin Rhodes. Now, it's time to take the next logical step and put the big one on Punk at Double Or Nothing 2022. Apologies to any staunch Hangman Page fans out there.

Hangman's title chase was better than his run as champ though. Things just...haven't taken off for Page the way some might've anticipated, and it oddly felt like he'd already peaked as champion when he toppled Kenny Omega at Full Gear 2021.

Punk's first World Title reign since 2013 would make headlines.
