AEW References Vince McMahon/WWE Misconduct Allegations On TV (SPOILERS)

Which AEW wrestler alluded to the blockbuster story on microphone and on camera?

Max Caster
AEW

AEW wrestler Max Caster added a line theoretically relating to the Wall Street Journal's breaking Vince McMahon/John Laurinaitis/WWE news to his entrance spiel ahead of a Rampage clash taped shortly after Wednesday's Dynamite.

Including the line in his pre-match rap as he entered alongside Austin and Colten Gunn for their trios match against Leon Ruff and Bear Country, Caster said;

“…Honestly, I had something more to say, but somebody made me sign an NDA...”

In full awareness of the late breaking news and mindful of precisely what Caster was referencing, the crowd reacted huge to the line as he concluded the rest of the promo. Video footage of the promo was uploaded to Twitter by user @TheCovelantTV and can be viewed here.

McMahon and Laurinatis are being investigated by the WWE board of directors following allegations from an anonymous source relating to a prior consensual sexual relationship McMahon had with a female ex-employee, as well as historic non disclosure agreements relating to other female ex-employees.

Caster foreshadowed the line, having already joked about including something relating to the story in his act when it first appeared online.
