AEW Revolution: 10 Things That Must Happen

8. PAC Squashes Orange Cassidy

Yes, that is a pun in the title, and sure, it was picked solely for wordplay. That doesn't mean it's not true that PAC must run right over the top of Orange Cassidy like a 'reet propa' bastard.

The fanboys flocking around Cassidy and hailing him as wrestling's next big thing can hit pause for a second, because he simply cannot get the victory at Revolution. PAC, whether people like it or not, is a far more engaging talent, and he needs a comprehensive win after that Iron Man loss to Kenny Omega on Dynamite.

Cassidy can get some shine in during his first showcase on AEW pay-per-view, but those on Twitter calling for him to upset the Geordie are going too far. Does anyone really want to see PAC go on one of those crappy losing streak angles? Besides, Orange is a peripheral comedy gimmick. He definitely shouldn't be beating World Title contenders.

Giving this one a concise eight minutes (10 with stalling) would be wise. If AEW want to save some face for Cassidy, they can have the laid-back babyface pass out rather than tap out to PAC's submission finish.
