31. King Of The Ring 1995 (Diesel & Bam Bam Bigelow Vs. Sid & Tatanka)

King of the Ring 1995 is one of WWE’s biggest debacles ever, with the first major instance of smarks hijacking a show, chanting ECW as Mabel plodded his way to win the tournament.

What better way to finish one of the worst PPVs of all time than a limp tag match where maybe 25 percent of the competitors can actually wrestle?

Keep in mind: this tag team match does not have anything at stake. It’s a stopgap in the title feud between Diesel and Sid. It’s a glorified house show match parading around as a PPV main event, and as a result, the crowd treats this match to indifference rather than abject anger like they did with Mabel winning the tournament. It’s a slow, plodding affair that features three guys who are incapable of putting on a good match of their own, forcing Bam Bam to pick up the slack. Still, it gets points over something like Piper vs. Lawler, since it actually builds to something later down the line.

Other than that, though, this match is an easy skip.
