Assessing Future Of 10 WWE Stars Who Didn’t Make Royal Rumble 2019 Cut

5. Lars Sullivan

Lars Sullivan would have been part of the Rumble had he been able.

After vignettes aired on TV to preempt his main roster arrival last November, Sullivan looked like he'd become a golden boy on either Raw or SmackDown. That hasn't happened. Instead, rumours and reports online have speculated that Lars walked out on WWE and claimed to have suffered an anxiety attack. That leaves his future looking cloudy.

WWE are more sensitive to mental health issues than ever, and so they're unlikely to sh*tcan Sullivan without first exploring his situation with care. Whatever happened, it's fairly clear that Lars felt uncomfortable and needs some time to figure things out in his own head.

If he doesn't do that quickly though, then he can't expect anything special come WrestleMania. Right now, the most likely spot for him is in the pre-show André The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. If he's in there, expect big Lars to get the win.
