Batista's WWE WrestleMania Matches Ranked From Worst To Best
2. Vs. The Undertaker (WrestleMania 23)
Having missed WrestleMania 22 the prior year due to injury, 'The Animal' was on a mission to put on a great match with The Undertaker for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 23.
After being relegated to the midcard that night, the two were now determined to steal the entire d*mn show. Batista and 'The Deadman' delivered fifteen minutes of strength and athletic moves with hot and believable near falls that had the crowd on its feet. They exceeded everyone's expectations and then some, as The Undertaker went on to win his first World Heavyweight Championship in five years after delivering the Tombstone Piledriver.
Batista and Undertaker proceeded to go from stealing a WrestleMania to stealing an entire d*mn YEAR, as they dominated 2007 with their amazing storyline over the World Heavyweight Championship which saw them compete in some of the best matches in both of their careers, including a Last Man Standing Match, a Steel Cage Match, a special referee match, a Hell in a Cell Match and a Triple Threat Match across multiple episodes of SmackDown and pay-per-views.
