As reported by eWrestlingNews, the legendary Bobby Eaton was hospitalised in Nashville, Tennessee earlier this week after suffering a bad fall.

Eaton is said to have broken several fingers and damaged his hip during this fall, with him to undergo physical therapy to rehab his hip once he's been allowed to leave hospital. This news comes just a month after the tragic passing of Bobby's wife Donna.

Regarded as one of the finest wrestlers to ever lace up a pair of boots, 'Beautiful' Bobby Eaton shot to superstardom as part of the Midnight Express alongside 'Lover Boy' Dennis Condrey - and later 'Sweet' Stan Lane - under the management of Jim Cornette.

While the Midnight Express were famed for their money-drawing runs against the Rock 'n' Roll Express, Eaton has often been talked about by his peers as being one of the all-time great workers - including heavy hitters like Steve Austin and Ric Flair labelling Beautiful Bobby as one of best to ever do it.

During a career that finally wrapped up in 2015, Bobby Eaton won notable tag team gold in Jim Crockett Promotions, in Mid-South, in World Class Championship Wrestling, in Mid-Atlantic, and in WCW; his WCW days also seeing him defeat Arn Anderson to become the World Television Champion before dropping the belt to 'Stunning' Steve Austin.
