5. Shayna Baszler vs Toni Storm for the NXT Women's Championship
The Mae Young Classic has done wonders for NXT's Women's Division, and the winner of this year's tournament could be the next example of this.
Toni Storm won the Mae Young Classic this year at Evolution to cap off an amazing run of matches in the tournament. Last year's winner, Kairi Sane, went onto become NXT Women's Champion, so Toni could very easily follow in her footsteps.
Toni and Shayna would have an excellent match and their in-ring styles would clash perfectly. Toni is such a loveable babyface, and Shayna such a despicable heel, that the story possibilities are endless.
If Shayna - alongside her Horsewomen buddies, Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke - is on her way up to the main roster soon, then you'll need a top babyface to replace her as NXT Women's Champion. Toni Storm definitely fits that bill and is definitely ready for the top spot in NXT.
However, the only issue with this is that Toni Storm is currently tied up in NXT UK. If WWE do want to keep her in that brand - despite the fact she's from New Zealand (!) - then we may need another Mae Young Classic finalist to take down Shayna...
