Kurt Angle revealed on Monday's episode of Raw that WWE will make a public announcement before Braun Strowman is cleared to make a televised return.

This means there probably won't be another surprise comeback for Strowman like the one aired on the June 19 edition; bursting from the back of an ambulance after returning from injury, Braun then attacked Roman Reigns to set up their Ambulance Match at Great Balls Of Fire.

WWE's official website are reporting that Strowman's current condition is unclear, but that he is "currently in the care of his personal physician". This comes after the big man walked away from the wreckage of his ambulance crash on pay-per-view.

Angle's words could be a bid to throw fans off the scent. There's always a chance Strowman will once again dramatically reappear to insert himself into the Universal Title picture come SummerSlam. Don't forget, Braun won the Ambulance Match with Reigns, so he is technically the real number one contender for Brock Lesnar's title.

With no concrete timescale for Strowman's return to action, Raw GM Angle said WWE would publicly announce his comeback when they knew more.
