Brock Lesnar’s 33 WWE PPV Matches Ranked From Worst To Best
18. Vs. The Undertaker - Unforgiven 2002
There was a lot of controversy surrounding this match at the time. After running through The Hardys, RVD, Hulk Hogan, The Rock and a host of others, it seemed as though there was no stopping Lesnar's path of destruction. The rumour at the time was that he was supposed to similarly take out the 'Taker at Unforgiven. It was his first big title defence since winning the belt, so it only made sense. However, The Phenom decided to play the political game and nixed the idea of a Lesnar win. Matt Hardy was supposed to cost The Undertaker the match but it was instead changed to a cheap DQ. The match itself was good, with a confident Lesnar bumping all over the place for The Undertaker and looking convincing out there. After the match the two had a wild brawl which ended when Lesnar threw Brock head-first through the PPV set.
