Brock Lesnar's WWE WrestleMania Matches Ranked From Worst To Best
4. Vs. Seth Rollins (WrestleMania 35)
This match earns this spot on this list simply because of how shocking it was.
Going into the match, fans had their doubts as to whether or not Seth Rollins had enough momentum to feasibly take down The Beast Incarnate at WrestleMania 35. And the beating that Rollins took outside the ring prior to the bell only reinforced that belief. It felt like WWE was building to the same "Cinderella Story" that other smaller guys have had with Lesnar in the past, where they get brutalized for several minutes, have a convincing comeback, then lose.
But Rollins? He was able to shut all the naysayers up quickly by pinning Lesnar in about two and a half minutes following a series of Stomps.
Though brief, this match accomplished quite a lot. The finish not only protected Lesnar thanks to the low blow, but it also gave Rollins an incredible amount of legitimacy. Nobody on the entire WWE roster, not even Roman Reigns, has managed to fell The Beast this efficiently since Goldberg at Survivor Series 2016. But Rollins proved that you don't need to be 265 pounds or more to reach the top.
My, what an unlikely (and necessary) surprise this was...
