CM Punk is a multi millionaire - but that doesn't mean his bills are suddenly going to stop. He has to pay for the upkeep of a $2million dollar penthouse and the comfortable lifestyle he has got used to. When you consider that he's only 35, even a saved fortune isn't going to keep him ticking over for the long life ahead of him. When WWE need a spot filled next year and come knocking with a lucrative part time deal, Punk is going to seriously think about it. Making a load of money for just a few days work is something that not even Brock Lesnar could turn down - and he really does hate pro wrestling! The money factor could even be one of the reasons Punk let his contract run down. He always used to comment on how unfair it was that the likes of Rock and Brock made big money for little work. Maybe he had enough and thought "Screw it, I want that cushy deal as well!" He could just be waiting it out until McMahon comes back with less dates and more money. A part time deal seems perfect for his older years and WWE would almost certainly benefit from his star around the WrestleMania period.
