CM Punk's 10 Biggest Troll Moments On Twitter

10. "Is That Your Mom?"

For a long time, CM Punk was very, very guarded about his personal life. Well, he still is, but he let that guard down a little bit in the last couple years. For years and years, he'd make up stories about a fictional version of his father, claim he had no idea what the interviewer was talking about if his brother came up, and so on. It wasn't a secret that he didn't get along with them, but much less was known about his relationship with his mother. So in 2010, a woman on Twitter using the handle @BossyLynne (she's since deleted the account) started addressing Punk as "son" and he replied to her regularly. Inevitably, a fan asked if she was Punk's mom, and you can see his answer above: "Yes. You should bother he with questions." Obviously the second part is sarcasm, but so is the first: @BossyLynne is actually the mother of Punk's long-time close friend (and high school girlfriend) Natalie Slater. You probably know her best as the vegan baker who wrote the article that about Punk's issues with stalkers where she revealed that he considers himself retired. Regardless, since it's the internet and lots of people don't understand sarcasm on the internet, tons of people started tweeting at her, asking if CM Punk's Mom could follow them.
