As a fan, it is very hard to imagine that an enormous organization such as WWE can sometimes make decisions very much on-the-fly, but this Blu-ray set reveals this is often the case.

In 2011, Daniel Bryan won the Money In The Bank Ladder Match in July and cashed-in his briefcase on Big Show at the TLC event in December, winning the World Heavyweight Championship for the first time. However, as Bryan tells it, he wasn't initially scheduled to do either of these things!

Regarding Money In The Bank, Bryan reveals that the initial choice for the win was Wade Barrett, who was riding high at the time. On the night of PPV, though, WWE decided that because Alberto Del Rio, a heel, was booked to win the Raw Ladder match, they couldn't have another heel win the Smackdown version. Cue Bryan, who was mostly worried that the crowd would react with a bemused shrug, given the lack of build to him winning.

He then went on a losing streak for months, as WWE had no real idea what to do with him as Mr Money In The Bank. At Vengeance, the event before TLC, fans chanted for Bryan to cash-in on Mark Henry, but he wasn't even at the arena; he was left off the PPV!

The following month at TLC, he simply happened to be at this arena due to his appearance at a fan signing in the area that morning; once again, he wasn't actually booked in a match. The cash-in decision was then made that night due to the fan demand. Crazy.
