Dean Ambrose's Top 10 WWE Moments

3. The Shield Vs. The Wyatt Family (Elimination Chamber 2014)

Having blitzed through the ranks and established their power and prominence across a year of devastation, it looked like The Shield had finally met their equals in The Wyatt Family.

This was the first official in-ring showdown between the two groups, and will likely go down as one of the greatest six-man tag matches of all time. The atmosphere was off the chain, with fans chanting “this is awesome!” before the bell had even rang, and all six wrestlers delivered the type of high-energy war that The Shield had become synonymous with.

This was one of the first matches where it became clear that WWE were going to push Roman Reigns to the moon, as much of the second half consisted of the Samoan fighting-off the Wyatts single-handedly. Eventually falling victim to their own isolation tactics, The Shield fell to the cultists, and the seeds of their eventual split were well and truly sown.
