El Phantasmo Vs. TJP For The RevPro British Cruiserweight Title Is Going To Be Fire
On his flight back to the UK, El Phantasmo was nonchalant about his title match at RevPro Uprising and told WhatCulture he was just happy to be back across the Pacific.
"USA is probably the worst country I've ever visited," he said. "It's repulsive to look at some of the creatures that roam the streets, but the States does have a great cereal selection."
But the title he holds would mean the world to TJP.
"When I talk about competing for the IC strap in WWE, it's not because it meant a lot to me personally – but because I know what it meant to the Filipino fans. Every title has its own prestige and means something different to the people, and that's something I keep top of mind."
Clearly, EL-P has it all figured out. The champ fully expects to retain his title and take it back to Tokyo before preparing for his inaugural Wrestle Kingdom bout.
