Every AEW Stable Ranked From Worst To Best
1. Super Elite
Members: Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, Karl Anderson, Doc Gallows, Brandon Cutler, MT Nakazawa, Don Callis
The Super Elite, though an offshoot of an offshot of Japan's uber-successful Bullet Club stable, serves a key function in Omega's run as a heel champion. What's a heel champion without goons? However, it would be short-sighted to say the rest of the members aren't gaining significantly from the alliance.
The Young Bucks are the reigning AEW Tag Team Champions and The Good Brothers are the current holders of the Impact World Tag Team Championships. Cutler and Nakazawa benefit from a flirtation with the top of the card and when they step out alongside Omega they glean some of The Cleaner's star power. As Omega's manager, Don Callis has become a must see promo guy.
Omega's current heel run owes to his allies. Though it is still hard to hate on Omega, the Super Elite's d*ckish antics have rubbed off on him. He is unlikely to become a natural monologuist, his in-ring talent more than makes up for this, but Omega has achieved noticeable improvement.
The Super Elite are a perfect example of how a stable can prop up its leader and still share in the success and glory.
