Somehow this all-star cast only posts a Reasonably Ok end product despite the frenzied nature of the plot actually sounding like an almost perfect high-speed chase movie.

Casino robbery goes awry, robbers hijack and bus and take the passengers hostage, then try and outrun both the police and the now angered mob boss who ran the casino. Weirdly, the worst part of the whole thing is actually the titular heist so, Oceans 5 And Die Hard And Sort Of Speed But Also Sort Of Not would have been a better title.
