Every Champion In WWE (And Who Should Beat Them)

Champion: Apollo Crews

Who Should Beat Him: Cesaro

You have to feel slightly sorry for Apollo Crews. He was repackaged as the descendant of Nigerian royalty, handed a promising win over breakout singles sensation Big E and thus became Intercontinental Champion. After that, WWE decided to do bugger all with him.

He's lost three matches in a row on TV, which isn't a good sign.

WWE's usual formulaic approach dictates that the next IC Champ will be a babyface, and who better than Cesaro to seize that spot? He's been treading water himself since feuds with Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns dried up, and there are waaaaaay worse choices on SmackDown.

Cesaro deserves a reward for his graft.
