Every Champion In WWE (And Who Should Beat Them)

12. NXT Women’s Tag-Team Titles

Champions: Katana Chance and Kayden Carter

Who Should Beat Them: Nobody

This idea might be slightly less-popular, but here goes.

WWE's writers have struggled to concentrate on one set of Women's Tag-Team Titles. That main roster saga shall be examined a little later with better results, but for now? Ditch the NXT versions currently held by Katana Chance and Kayden Carter, because they're useless.

Last year, yours truly said that Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell should take the belts from then-champs Io Shirai and Zoey Stark. That was a throwaway suggestion, and one only formed due to complete apathy for the tossed-together nature of tags on the women's scene.

Nothing has changed there.

NXT's female tag ranks are still paper-thin, and it must be a pain in the arse to come up with matches/feuds that might/might not resonate for the straps. WWE's writing team could likely be doing with Triple H putting these in the same box as the NXT UK belts and that 24/7 Championship.
