2. WrestleMania 23

A genuine contender for the best Money In The Bank ladder match of all time, this WrestleMania 23 car crash threatened to steal the show, and boy did they deliver.

Edge and Orton were joined by rising stars CM Punk and Mr. Kennedy, both Matt and Jeff Hardy, as well as veterans Finlay and Booker T in a barn-burner of an opening contest for The Show Of Shows.

There was no shortage of highlights across the action-packed 24 minutes. Booker T hit the Book End on Orton off the ladder, which itself was right after Orton hit a crazy RKO on CM Punk off the same ladder. Hornswoggle made a hilarious appearance as he attempted to climb the ladder himself to retrieve the briefcase, only to be on the receiving end of an incredibly nasty Green Bay Plunge from Mr. Kennedy from the top of said ladder.

Booker T even whipped out a spinaroonie in the middle of the ladder match!

Orton went on an RKO spree, hitting everyone in the match in short order, while Edge did the same with his spear as he nailed all seven of his opponents with the signature move within 60 seconds. His night would be cut short though when Jeff Hardy landed one of the most memorable leg drops of all time, crashing the Rated-R Superstar through a ladder on the outside, taking them both out of the match.

Mr. Kennedy was the right winner on the night, but it was a memorable one for all eight participants.
