Every John Cena Movie Ranked From Worst To Best
2. Tour De Pharmacy (2017)
In 2015, John Cena proved that he could do comedy, and HBO obviously paid attention, casting him in the excellent Tour De Pharmacy two years later.
The TV company had made Seven Days In Hell, telling the faked story of two tennis rivals trapped in an epic match, and they followed that up with this hilarious Tour De France mockumentary set in 1982. After a doping scandal rocks the sport, only five competitors are left to compete, with Cena playing Austrian hulk Gustav Ditters, who juices but wasn't caught initially (he used Cheetah's blood, ridiculously).
It's a measured, very funny farce, in the same vein as Seven Days In Hell, and the cast - including Freddie Highmore, Andy Samberg and James Marsden among others - are all very, very good. But then HBO don't make duds, do they?
