Every Major Wrestling Title Ranked From The Ugliest To Most Beautiful

18. ROH World

Cody Rhodes WWE Undisputed
ROH

It’s probably generous to describe the ROH World title as “major” these days, but it is defended at acclaimed pay-per-views and is a presence on major cable. It is good, not great, to be succinct.

The silver is a bit of a self-own, given that it has often acted as a consolation prize under Tony Khan (it has been used to give Chris Jericho something to do and to convince the “sickos”, through Eddie Kingston and Mark Briscoe, that the Khanverse is still home to the “real” stuff).

At the time, gold was probably trickier to pull off with ROH’s budget. The silver persists under the direction of billionaire Tony Khan, but the nostalgia does not. The main plate is bland, but those big boxing side plates are nice.

Ultimately, it’s bland and doesn’t feel big. Apt.
