Every Wrestler At AEW Double Or Nothing 2019 - Where Are They Now?
10. Best Friends
Trent Beretta and Chuck Taylor are icons of the independent scene.
Whether it's their work in New Japan, PWG, and Ring of Honor, The Best Friends were known as much for their hilarious comedy matches as they were for their fantastic in-ring work and compelling matches.
The announcement of their AEW signing was met with great excitement and they showed promise with a strong victory over Angelico and Evans. After the match, The Best Friends became embroiled in the very first of AEW's controversial storylines when they were attacked by the debuting Dark Order.
After a brief feud with The Order that led to a match at All Out, The Best Friends were joined by Orange Cassidy (a great addition) for a solid midcard run throughout the rest of 2019. They haven't had any truly standout moments, but they've put on some really fun matches and have even been given a chance to shine as singles stars.
The duo are heading into Double or Nothing II with the chance to become Number One Contender to the tag straps and, hopefully, they'll get a big win and start their first major storyline in the promotion.
