Not content with costing poor old Rey Mysterio his hard-fought World Heavyweight Championship, Chavo Guerrero wanted to rid WWE of the Master of the 619 for good. The rivalry between the two reached its peak on an episode of SmackDown in October 2006, when they did battle in an 'I Quit' match.

Mysterio was due to undergo major knee surgery, so this was the end of their rivalry, and Chavo picked up the win after just battering the ever-loving heck out of Rey's knee. Rey was dangling upside down at the time, utterly helpless, so the finish was clean at least.

The problem is that Rey vs. Chavo at this point wasn't really set up for an 'I Quit' match. The rivalry was heated for sure, but there's something about it that just didn't sit right for the stipulation, even if the action was generally pretty good.

Slightly irrational? Yes, but there we go.
