On a night that revisited previous WrestleMania matches, The Undertaker met his WrestleMania 22 opponent Mark Henry in another Casket Match. As a wrestling match, it flowed better than their ‘Mania bout – which is no surprise, given that the pair weren’t long-finished their second (and slightly superior) feud, so they knew each other well at this stage.

However, the casket didn’t come into play much and there were none of the psychological scare tactics that we’d come to expect from this type of match. It also didn’t help that they replaced the double-wide double-deep casket from their previous bout with a standard-sized one.

As the pair were familiar with each other, it was well-established that Mark Henry was no longer a threat to The Deadman and thus, there was no suspense whatsoever. Moreover, there were also no real memorable spots and it ended rather abruptly when The Undertaker locked in the Hell’s Gate submission hold.
