A looks-obsessed performer before he revealed the nous to excel far beyond the narrow parameters set for him in WWE, Cody Rhodes' relaunching of the vintage Intercontinental Title in 2011 at least gifted modern fans the same affection for the secondary strap as those that had grown up with the iconic pre-1998 vintage.
