Every WWE Elimination Chamber Match Ranked Worst To Best
7. 2005 World Heavyweight Championship
Some Elimination Chamber matches get taken down a peg because of the six men in the match, fans are left feeling like at least one of them doesn't belong. That was far from the case in 2005, as this was the equivalent of an All-Star game for WWE.
The big focus of the match was the slow demise of Evolution, as Randy Orton had already been kicked out of the group and Batista was teasing turning on his boss Triple H for a while. On top of that, Edge, Chris Jericho, and Chris Benoit provided some of the best wrestling seen inside the Elimination Chamber. Edge was still a year away from his first Heavyweight Championship win, but he more than held up his own in the match.
In the end, the Evolution cohorts were too much for Orton to overcome as, even after eliminating Batista, he fell to a Pedigree from The Game. While there were no truly death-defying spots in this match, it is a masterclass in how the Chamber can be used to elevate a story.
