Every WWE Last Man Standing Match Ranked - From Worst To Best
28. Chris Jericho Vs. Kane - Armageddon 2000
Poor Kane, he’s really not having a great time of it on this list, is he? I think that’s simply a by-product of the way he’s been handled when it comes to Last Man Standing matches.
Trying to usurp Kane is assumed to be a near-impossible task, and so that’s the big attraction of the contest. However, given that it’s been done on many occasions before, that kind of shatters the illusion to the point that it’s really not much of an attraction at all.
Still, despite his match with Chris Jericho from Armageddon 2000 being his very first Last Man Standing match, this one still wasn’t all that compelling. Plus, it probably didn’t help that it featured on the same card as that crazy six-man Armageddon Hell in a Cell bout, which naturally stole a lot of thunder.
Either way, I don’t think it did quite enough to earn a particularly high spot on this list, unfortunately.
