Ranked this high for being the first to take advantage of an obvious opportunity rather than because his was the most gratifying, Kane's obliteration of a beaten down Rey Mysterio at the inaugural Money In The Bank pay-per-view in 2010 was a fine twist when it occurred.

The "one whole year" element of the stipulation had always been positioned as the biggest advantage to winning, but the 'Big Red Machine' didn't even wait one whole hour. The strategy worked a treat for him and for WWE whenever they needed easy pops, and was thus stolen by several of the aforementioned winners.
