Every WWE Raw Intro Ranked – From Worst To Best

6. 2013

While pretty much every other entry on this list has been an intro that was used for a sustained period of time, here we have an exception. Because the above clip was used as a one-off for the 20th anniversary special commemorating two decades of Monday Night Raw.

And rather than using the “Tonight is the Night” opening that was in use at the time, here we saw a number of intros from years gone by spliced together in something of a mash-up.

The intro commenced with the aforementioned clip of the warehouse from 1998, before seamlessly merging into the old intro from 1996. There was then a brief shot of the rooftop edition, followed by the effort from the Attitude Era (more on that later) before a whirlwind tour through the “Across the Nation,” “… To Be Loved” and “Burn It To The Ground” intros.

Some of it may have been rather crudely assembled, but for the novelty value and the rollercoaster ride of the nostalgia trip, I felt that this rare example was deserving of a mention.
