Every WWE Royal Rumble 'Final Four' - From Worst To Best

22. 1999 - Big Boss Man, D€™Lo Brown, Steve Austin & Vince McMahon

The 1999 Rumble was all about the Austin/McMahon beef, and kind of justifiably so. It was by far the biggest story the promotion had going, and Austin had already done a traditional babyface Rumble win the year prior. Still, it caused the entire roster to take a backseat to the boss-as-entrant storyline, and McMahon€™s win was super predictable. Granted, it was the first time WWE played the €œah, but this guy was just hiding€ card at a Rumble, what were we supposed to think? That D€™Lo Brown was gonna have the Nation of Domination explode a year too late? That Big Boss Man was finally going to get that WrestleMania main event no one was clamouring for? Come on!
